Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing is required.
• RN license in applicable state required.
• BLS within 30 days of hire; ACLS may be required.
• PALS/NRP may be required at some facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Lead QA/QI activities and improve patient flow.
• Mentor staff and provide clinical resources for team development.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, including Joint Commission standards.
• Assist with department budgeting and operations.
• Provide direct patient care as needed within Women’s Services scope.
