You will review and audit OASIS documentation, ensuring quality care standards. Ideal candidates should have a nursing degree, communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Qualifications

• With at least some hands-on clinical experience in a hospital, with or without QA experience.
• Willing to be trained.
• With QA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fully Review/Audit of OASIS (SOC, ROC, RECERT).
• Review relevant documentation on each chart, including referrals and summaries.
• Message Clinicians regarding major errors for them to address.
