Job summary

AECOM currently seeks a collections professional in the Philippines to support B2B accounts receivable operations with a hybrid work model. You will manage teams, ensure policy consistency, and lead analyses and reconciliations within the collections function.

Qualifications

• Solid B2B AR experience with at least 3 years in collections or related roles.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel needs, assign work and meet deadlines.
• Interpret and ensure consistent application of company policies.
• Perform special analyses and reconcile designated accounts within the assigned area.
• Plan, organize and direct the work of others in an effective manner.
• Prepare reports on department service levels.
• Direct and coordinate the collections group on day-to-day activities.
