Job summary

AECOM currently seeks a collections professional in the Philippines to support B2B accounts receivable operations with a hybrid work model. You will manage teams, ensure policy consistency, and lead analyses and reconciliations within the collections function.

The role emphasizes strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and meticulous attention to detail to maintain service levels and drive timely collections across the organization.

Qualifications

• Solid B2B AR experience with at least 3 years in collections or related roles.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.

Job Description

• Manages personnel needs, assigns work and meets deadlines.
• Interprets and ensures consistent application of company policies.
• May perform special analyses and reconcile designated accounts, etc. within assigned functional areas.
• Plans, organizes and directs the work of others in an effective manner.
• Prepares reports on department’s service levels.
• Responsible for the day-to-day direction and coordination of the collections group.

Qualifications

• Must have solid B2B AR and stakeholder management experience of at least 3 years
• Proven ability in negotiation and high-level keenness to details
• Must be amenable to working night shift and hybrid of 3 days onsite requirement per week
