Broad Function
The Nurse Manager (NM) is responsible for the clinical leadership, operational management, and clinical governance of the ward or residential unit. The NM ensures nursing practices comply with SNB Standards of Nursing Practice and HCSA regulations. They lead the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based, and person-centered care tailored to rehabilitative (CH) or long-term (CSU or NH) settings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Relevant Advanced Diploma, Post-Graduate Diploma or Specialist Diploma in Nursing (e.g., Gerontology, Palliative Care, Medical-Surgical, Education, etc.) is preferred
• Minimum 8 yearsof clinical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisoryrole
• Prior experience in a Community Hospital or Nursing Home setting is advantageous
