Job summary

MEGACITY GENERAL CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORP. is seeking a Nurse HR Admin professional in the Philippines. You will provide first aid, manage medical records, coordinate health programs, and support HR and admin duties.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing and a PRC license, with fresh graduates welcome. Proficiency in MS Office and records management is a plus, and government-mandated benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
PRC Registered Nurse License is mandatory.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of basic HR and administrative functions is an advantage.
Familiarity with employee records management and office administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other office applications.

Responsibilities

Provide first aid and basic healthcare assistance to employees.
Maintain employee medical records and clinic supplies.
Coordinate employee medical examinations, health programs, and wellness activities.
Manage HR records, attendance monitoring, and payroll-related documentation.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle administrative requests, office supplies, and office maintenance concerns.
Monitor bills and payment schedules and assist in payment processing.
Ensure compliance with policies, labor laws, health and safety regulations, and confidentiality requirements.
Support audits and continuous improvement of HR, administrative, and workplace health processes.
