Job summary

Netpoleon in Metro Manila is seeking a Network Engineer to design and implement network infrastructures aligned with customer security requirements and timelines. You will lead the initial technical kick-off meetings, set expectations, and evaluate concerns to ensure smooth project execution.

You will manage multiple tasks, respond to Help Desk tickets via phone, email and automated alerts, and provide post- and pre-sales technical support, including BOM recommendations, TOR responses, product

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network infrastructures to fit security requirements and timelines.
• Attend and lead the technical kick-off meeting to set customer expectations.
• Ensure accuracy of daily report on tickets for submission to supervisor.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining standards.
• Respond to the Help Desk by phone, e-mail and alerts using the ticketing system.
• Secondary resource in providing security solutions and defined requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide technical trainings (Internally/Partners/End Users).
• Must pass all certification exams required by the company for the products supported.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including BOM recommendation, TOR response, product presentation and sizing.
• Infrastructure integration, knowledge transfer, maintenance support (preventive), maintenance, upgrades and updates.

• Respond to the Help Desk by phone, e-mail and automated system alerts using ticketing system
• Secondary resource in providing solutions and defined security requirements to technical and non-technical audiences
• Provide Technical trainings (Internally/Partners/End Users)
• Must pass all certification exams that may be required by the company on the products that will be supported
• Provide Post and Pre-Sales Technical support that
