Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Quality Engineer for a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will drive process design For Manufacture and assembly, lead NPIs, manage CAPA, and coordinate line audits to ensure quality and CTQ compliance.

You will apply rigorous problem solving, SPC, and DFM/ DFA principles while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize yields and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Quality Engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of problem solving methodology and analysis.
• Lean problem solving experience.
• ISO 9001:2015 Auditor training is advantageous.
• Comprehensive training includes 8D/CAPA, APQP/PPAP, SPC and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of self and operation as a priority in every task.
• Lead design review and DFMA/ DFA discussions during NPI.
• Coordinate line audits and verify tolerances and CTQ dimensions.
• Support CAPA processes and drive continual improvement actions.
• Validate actions with SPC data and track yield improvements across lines.
• Facilitate customer claims handling and maintain documentation.
• Oversee production abnormality management and root-cause investigations.
