Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience working in networking, cloud, or data center environments.
• Experience managing NPI programs for PCBA hardware with vendor management, cost control, quality/reliability, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions.
• Plan and execute operations development activities, ensure transition to production within cost, quality, and capacity parameters, and ensure production transitions meet program goals.
• Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (material availability, cost/assembly/test/BOM/capacity readiness and transition plans).
• Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule, or demand.
