Job summary
Advanced Energy is hiring a Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to establish and enforce standards for New Product Introduction in our factory. You will drive governance, portfolio alignment, and performance reporting to deliver critical NPI programs efficiently.
The role requires leadership across projects, strong PM principles, and experience with MS Project/Jira/Smartsheet. Join us to shape execution and enable strategic growth in electronics manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 8+ years in electronics manufacturing or EMS; 3+ years in NPI/Manufacturing leadership.
- Strong knowledge of NPI, ramp-up management, and PM principles.
- PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Governance: align factory NPI procedures with global and BU PDP.
- Portfolio: prioritize projects by business value and capacity.
- Performance: track scope, schedule, cost, risks; produce dashboards.
- Resource: coordinate shared resources and balance demand.
- Risk: establish risk identification and mitigation standards.
- Capability: provide PM training and coaching.
- Tooling: maintain PM tools and data integrity.
