Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking an NPI Engineer in Cavite to manage new product introduction projects for magnetics and cable assemblies, ensuring readiness and a smooth path from development to mass production.

You will coordinate BOMs, drawings, materials, and process/test capabilities, and lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues affecting delivery. The role requires a Bachelor0s degree and at least 3 years in magnetic/cable assembly manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor0s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Distribute the M&C Matrix to the NPM&C team after the PSU kickoff meeting.
• Develop and maintain build readiness checklists for sample builds.
• Ensure prerequisites for builds: BOMs, spec drawings, jigs/fixtures, materials, process/test capabilities, standard times, and Oracle routings.
• Assign build stage categories per part number to NPM&C team for production reference.
• Monitor NPI projects and coordinate to resolve issues affecting delivery commitments.
• Lead the transition of NPI units to mass production by model/part number, ensuring requirements (JIRA, WIS, JAFS, build reports) are met and quality issues resolved.
• Ensure build reports are completed for every build stage with sign-offs by stakeholders.
