Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking an NPI Quality Engineer for our Philippines site. You will manage NPI deliverables, ensure readiness, and coordinate with APQP/NPI teams during product launches.
The role requires a minimum of five years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, strong communication, and hands-on experience with APQP, 8D problem solving, and quality tools such as FMEA and MSA.

The NPI Quality Engineer is responsible for manufacturing location’s NPI deliverables and confirms completion of the site’s quality documents required internally and by the customer during the initial launch phases of a product, in conjunction with NPI team. This role will report to the NPI Quality Manager.
