Job summary

SC Johnson Philippines is hiring a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning (New Product Development) to enable successful product launches by ensuring end-to-end supply readiness and coordinating with cross-functional teams from kickoff through launch and handover.

The role focuses on managing timelines, inventory, and risks, with a minimum of 2 years in supply planning and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supply planning or a similar function.
• No professional license required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Supply Planning in New Product Development and transition project meetings, from kick-off through launch.
• Govern planning activities for new products, transitions, and special packs to ensure milestones and launch timelines are met.
• Review inventory run-down plans for transitioning codes and minimize write-off risks.
• Ensure accurate forecast flow into the Supply Planning system aligned with project volumes and launch dates.
• Manage handover of NPD/transition codes to Supply Planners with clear readiness.
• Partner with Supply Planners to support order placement based on lead times and volumes.
• Monitor post-PO activities and ensure First Arrival Dates are achieved.
• Identify supply risks and support mitigation planning to meet objectives.
