Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in Quezon City offers an opportunity for an experienced Innovation leader to map signals to opportunities, maintain a full pipeline, and oversee the governance of upstream NPD processes across categories.

You will co-develop decision tools, translate market signals into briefs, and collaborate with Insights, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams. This hybrid role includes growth and a supportive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5–10+ years of experience in innovation, NPD, brand/category management, insights, strategy, or portfolio roles, preferably in FMCG/consumer goods.
• Proven experience managing upstream innovation pipelines, opportunity discovery, and portfolio governance.
• Strong ability to translate research, trends, and market signals into actionable opportunities and briefs.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Insights, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Proficient in Google Slides/Sheets, with experience creating dashboards, templates, or playbooks.
• Familiarity with research/trend sources and AI tools, with strong project organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Map signals to white spaces to keep each category’s pipeline full.
• Co-develop and maintain NPD decision tools embedded in governance.
• Institutionalize learning velocity via learning interventions, post-launch debriefs, and playbook releases.
