Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years payroll experience.
• Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
• Team-oriented with willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and validate payroll results for compliance with standards.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders before cut-offs.
• Prepare payroll documentation and reports for final payout approvals.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries with timely, clear responses.
