Job summary

The Circle Group Inc. is seeking skilled Line Cooks to operate hot kitchen stations in a fast-paced environment in Metro Manila. You will prepare noodle dishes, broths, and dimsums with precision, maintaining high culinary standards and efficient ticket times.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in Asian cuisine, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure in a hot kitchen while complying with FEFO/FIFO protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Culinary school graduate, or TESDA NCII Commercial Cooking certification.
• 1–2 years of experience as Line Cook/Commis/Station Cook in Asian, Chinese, or Noodle/Dimsum environment.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety, standard weights/measures, and food handling procedures.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and organize kitchen stations with all necessary prepped ingredients and supplies prior to service.
• Prepare and execute menu orders (noodle bowls, broths, toppings, and hot dimsums platters) following standard recipes and plating guidelines.
• Safely operate commercial kitchen equipment including woks, steamers, noodle boilers, and fryers.
• Ensure absolute food safety and sanitation protocols (FEFO/FIFO) are practiced daily.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain fast ticket times and manage peak hour volume.
