Job summary

You will monitor ingredients with FIFO, collaborate closely with the kitchen team, and assist during rush periods to sustain a fast, organized workflow.

Qualifications

• Solid knife skills and working knowledge of core cooking techniques (frying, grilling, sautéing, etc.)
• Strong multitasking ability with a calm, organized approach under pressure
• Dependable and punctual, with flexible availability including weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and plate menu items with consistency and accuracy, following standardized recipes
• Set up, stock, and organize your station before each shift to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Maintain a clean, sanitized work area and strictly follow food safety and handling guidelines
• Monitor and rotate ingredients using FIFO (First In, First Out) to reduce waste and ensure freshness
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team, support fellow cooks during rush periods, and help maintain a fast, organized workflow
