Our Clients is seeking a dedicated Non-Life Insurance Account Officer to manage property and casualty accounts. You will respond to client questions, coordinate policy renewals and endorsements, and support claims with insurers and internal teams for timely, effective service.

The role involves onsite work in Makati, handling multiple accounts with attention to detail and strong communication with clients, insurers, and internal colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in Property and Casualty (Non-Life) insurance preferred.
• Strong client servicing and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to manage multiple accounts.
• Comfortable coordinating policy renewals, endorsements, and basic claims.

Job Summary

The Non-Life Insurance Account Officer will look after the Property and Casualty insurance accounts. You'll answer client questions, coordinate policy and endorsement requests, and work closely with insurers and internal teams so that every account gets timely, effective support.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing

• Respond to client inquiries on property and casualty insurance accounts
• Provide clear updates on policy status, coverage, and pending requests
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients through reliable follow-through
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalation complex issues to the right people

Policy & Endorsement Coordination

• Coordinate policy renewals with insurers and make sure they are completed on time
• Process endorsement requests, such as changes in coverage, insured details, or policy terms
• Gather and check documents and requirements before submitting them to insurers
• Follow up with insurers and internal teams until each request is completed

Claims Support

• Handle basic claims concerns and guide clients on the documents and steps they need
• Coordinate with insurers and internal teams to help move claims along
• Keep clients updated on claim progress

Account Management & Records

• Manage multiple accounts at once while keeping records accurate and well organized
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, insurers, and internal teams
• Monitor policy expiry dates and endorse upcoming renewals to the proper team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any of the following or a related field: Business Administration (Management, Marketing, or Operations Management)
• Management or Entrepreneurship, Accountancy, Finance, or Economics, Legal Management
• At least 1 year of experience in Property and Casualty (Non-Life) insurance
• Strong customer service and client coordination skills
• Able to handle policy renewals, endorsements, and basic claims concerns
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts
• Comfortable communicating with clients, insurers, and internal teams
• Proficient in MS Office
