Job summary
SupportNinja is seeking a NOC Team Leader to supervise the NOC shift on-site at The Sanctum, SM - North EDSA, QC. Night-shift readiness is required as part of a full-time role starting October 05, 2026.
The role includes incident response, escalation management, and ensuring SLA adherence across client environments, with coaching of analysts and robust runbooks development. Onsite collaboration, strong English communication, and prior IT/NOC leadership experience are essential for success and
Qualifications
- 2–4 years in a NOC or IT operations environment.
- 1+ year in a lead/supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching.
- Experience with monitoring and ticketing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily NOC Analysts during the assigned shift.
- Coordinate shift handovers and prioritize incidents.
- Monitor adherence to schedules and staffing levels.
- Provide real-time coaching and escalation guidance.
- Own escalations for major incidents (P1/P2) during shifts.
- Ensure incidents are triaged, ticketed, and documented per SOPs.
- Onboard/train new NOC Analysts and maintain knowledge bases.
