Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking an Operations Analyst II for its NOC team in Metro Manila. The role focuses on supporting client configuration requests, break/fix troubleshooting, and change management for PDI Managed Security Services on a 24/7/365 basis.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of hands-on firewall configuration, network architecture/design experience, and a solid understanding of networking concepts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
• College degree in Engineering, IT or Computer Science preferred.
• Certifications in Networking, ITIL or ITSM, TNA, CCNA or any networking certifications preferred.
• Required technology includes Routers, Windows Command Line, MS Office, SNOW ticketing system.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Remediate network connectivity and device issues for clients.
• Troubleshoot client network device issues related to in-scope managed services.
• Investigate issues and escalate to Level II and engineering as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors on resolution of support tickets.
• Participate in projects as assigned by management.
• Perform upgrades and patch management on network devices.
