Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Command Center Senior Manager to lead 24x7 NOC, compute operations, and major incident management. You will provide direct leadership to Shift Operations Managers and serve as a senior escalation point for business-critical incidents.

The role emphasizes ITIL service management, performance monitoring, risk identification, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement across networks, infrastructure, and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in technology operations or NOC.
• -Experience in 24x7 shift environments and incident restoration.
• -3+ years managing managers or shift leads.
• -Proven Major Incident Management in high-impact incidents.
• -Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Major Incident, Change, Problem).
• -Strong collaboration with onshore/global stakeholders.
• -Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering; ITIL 4 Foundation."

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 NOC, Compute Operations, and Command Center activities across shifts.
• -Provide senior operational leadership during high-impact incidents.
• -Act as Incident Commander during Sev-1 outages and major disruptions.
• -Oversee Major Incident Management during US night shift.
• -Coordinate with networking, compute, batch operations, infrastructure, engineering teams, vendors, and onshore stakeholders.
• -Drive root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• -Prepare monthly executive reports and detailed operational deep dives.
• -Coach Shift Operations Managers and support succession planning.
• -Ensure SOPs, audits, security, and architectural standards.
