Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking a Senior Recruitment Program Coordinator for nightshift to manage end-to-end requisitions and partner with Hiring Managers and suppliers. You will guide intake, shortlisting, and reporting while ensuring quality talent is sourced promptly in a global staffing context.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, governance of vendor performance, and proactive communication across clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ year staffing/MSP experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Strong communication, time management and perseverance.
• Willing to work night shift and hybrid work (Ortigas).

Responsibilities

• Assist hiring managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including requisition intake and candidate shortlisting.
• Prepare insightful questions for req intake sessions with hiring managers to gather detailed job descriptions.
• Utilize reports to manage open requirements and advise on sourcing strategies.
• Discuss with the Hiring Manager to set expectations, timeframes, and roles in the requisition process.
• Coach, manage, and oversee performance of participating staffing suppliers.
• Document client/supplier issues and track resolution ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor SLAs, requisition aging, invoicing, and vendor compliance.
• Maintain monthly activity and performance reports.
• Provide regular interaction with clients, staffing vendors, and partners.
