Job summary

Sorren Philippines, Inc. is seeking a US Assurance Manager to oversee audit engagements on U.S. GAAP/GAAS for client teams during PH night shift. You will lead and mentor staff, manage multiple client relationships, and ensure engagements are delivered on time and within budget.

The role requires a CPA with 5+ years in U.S. public accounting, strong leadership, and fluency in English. US hours, full-time employment, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and ability to communicate with clients and teams.
• CPA certification is required; US CPA is a plus.
• 5+ years of US public accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and mentor seniors and staff.
• Plan, execute and report on audit, review and compilation engagements.
• Understand GAAP, GAAS, and Governmental Auditing Standards.
• Develop technical expertise and manage client relationships.
• Present audit results to clients and discuss GAAP/GAAS implications.
• Coordinate with US teams and ensure timely, quality deliveries.
