Job summary

The role requires 2–4 years in code (Python/Java) and experience with orchestration, deployment tech, and cloud/web deployments.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent in software development or DevOps engineering.
• 2-4 years hands-on experience in code (Python & Java preferred).
• 2-4 years hands-on experience in orchestration and deployment technologies.
• Strong familiarity with web deployment technologies including hosted and cloud-based.
• Proven track record of applying/recommending solutions and resolving issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Will work an alternative shift (9:00 PM to 5:00 AM EST).
• Run common scripts without assistance.
• Identify gaps and areas for improvement within the system.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve processes.
• Leverage software development tools to better manage and triage issues.
• Write and review custom DML statements.
• Provide assistance to team members and update documentation.
• Articulate problems clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
