Confidential in the Philippines is hiring 7 Licensed Registered Nurses to handle grievance and case appeals for a non-voice back-office healthcare account. This is a great opportunity for PHRNs with grievance experience who want a non-voice role with hybrid setup after training. Start date is October 13, 2026.

Role: Registered Nurse - Case Appeals and Grievance - Active PHRN. Location: Onsite Training / Hybrid in Production - 2x a Week Onsite. Work Setup: Training Full Onsite, Production Hybrid.

Qualifications

• PHRN with active license (PH) is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in grievance and case appeals.
• Back-office / non-voice experience is preferred.
• Willing to work night shift and attend full onsite training.

Responsibilities

• Handle grievance and case appeals for healthcare members.
• Review and process cases based on guidelines and compliance standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance for all cases.
• Work in a back-office, non-voice environment and meet quality targets.
