Qualifications

• PHRN with active license.
• Active Registered Nurse.
• At least 1 year of grievance & case appeals experience.
• Back-office / non-voice experience.
• Willing to work night shift.
• Willing to attend fully onsite training and report onsite 2x/week during production.
• Stable employment history preferred; frequent job changes of less than 1 year may be subject to rejection.
