Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations on the night shift at our Rosario, Cavite facility. You will ensure safety, hit production targets, and deliver high quality output while guiding a shift team with clear direction and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Shift Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in production operations, process optimization, and manufacturing workflows.
• Proficient in production management systems, data analysis tools, and performance monitoring techniques.
• Knowledgeable in lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Willing to work on a night-shift schedule in Rosario, Cavite.
• Always ensures full compliance with safety protocols and quality requirements.

Job Summary

The Production Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing manufacturing operations during your assigned shift. You will ensure that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of product quality, while providing strong leadership and operational oversight to your shift team.This position will report to Director, Operations.
