Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations on the night shift at Sta. Rosa, Laguna, or Rosario, Cavite. You will ensure targets, quality, and safety while guiding the shift team and coordinating with engineering, quality, and maintenance to improve processes.

The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, data-driven decision making, and adherence to safety and environmental standards to sustain efficient production and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience as a Shift Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role
• Strong technical expertise in production operations, process optimization, and manufacturing workflows
• Proficient in production management systems, data analysis tools, and performance monitoring techniques
• Knowledgeable in lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality management systems
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Willing to work on a night‑shift schedule in Sta. Rosa, Laguna or Rosario, Cavite
• Always ensures full compliance with safety protocols and quality requirements

Job Summary

The Production Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing manufacturing operations during your assigned shift. This position will report to Director, Operations.
