Responsibilities

• Own incident command at night and drive resolution.
• Monitor platform health day and night to catch issues early.
• Ensure cross-shift consistency in processes and tools.
• Train and back up the night shift with delegated tasks.
• Collaborate with DevOps to maintain stability and improvements.
• Know when to elevate issues to higher support if needed.
