Qualifications

• College degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Moderate skills in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and macros.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements for projects and training.
• Model workflows for process improvements and automation.
• Develop operating procedures and track KPIs.
• Review data source and reporting for accuracy.
