TASQ is seeking an onsite Operations Manager in Cubao, Quezon City. The role oversees daily operations across Product, Project, IT, and Accounting, ensuring performance aligns with company goals and timelines.

The candidate will drive cross-functional initiatives, optimize systems with IT and Finance, and develop policies to improve efficiency. Strong English, tech product knowledge, and BPO/US exposure are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Operations Manager for a B2B tech account.
• Ability to manage multiple teams (compliance & performance).
• Knowledge of tech products.
• BPO experience with US market exposure.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• College level with TOR is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across product, project, IT, and accounting teams to align with company goals.
• Monitor operations to identify growth opportunities and drive cross-functional projects to completion on schedule.
• Collaborate with IT and Accounting to optimize systems and ensure accurate financial processes.
