TOA Global Pty is seeking an Operations Associate in Clark, Philippines, onsite, full-time, on a night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT). You will review veterinary invoices, verify benefits, and ensure accurate processing while aligning with client guidelines across international teams.

You will handle data reconciliation, document decisions, and contribute to process improvements in a high-volume setting, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing for US-based workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven background in data processing, invoice review, claims assessment, or back-office operations.

Responsibilities

• Review veterinary invoices to verify member, pet, clinic, and plan eligibility.
• Manage daily workload to meet production and quality standards.
• Reconcile invoice totals, benefits applied, clinic write-offs, and client balances.
• Investigate enrollment and billing discrepancies and draft escalation tickets.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to data security guidelines.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement.
