Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 months of experience in international voice medical billing account.
• Experience in Billing/Claims Processing, Denial Management, Explanation of Benefits, and Member and Provider Services Exposure is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to patient billing and insurance queries.
• Assist patients in understanding their statements, charges, and insurance coverage.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and claim rejections.
• Coordinate with internal billing, coding, and insurance teams to ensure accurate claim submission and resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to senior billing or compliance staff when necessary.
• Educate patients on payment plans, insurance benefits, and financial assistance options.
