• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Accurate documentation and reporting; drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily transportation and delivery schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation of shipments, dispatch notes, and delivery receipts.
• Track vehicle movements and coordinate with drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Support warehouse operations.
• Prepare and process internal and external correspondence, invoices, and reports.
