Ideal candidates have strong MS Office, AD, Windows, and Exchange skills, plus experience with SCCM/Intune and basic network troubleshooting. BS in IT or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Log, track, and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
• Restore services quickly within SLA targets.
• Act as SPOC for IT support and provide professional user assistance.
• Support with documentation and participate in ad hoc projects.
