You will log and track incidents, restore services within SLA targets, and deliver professional, customer-focused support while protecting confidential information and security standards.

Qualifications

• BS in IT or related field required.
• Experience with MS Office and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting.
