Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking an Invoice Query Specialist to manage invoice discrepancies, billing queries, and payment issues with a focus on accuracy and timely resolution.

You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, and internal teams, leveraging Excel and CRM/ERP platforms to investigate root causes and drive process improvements. This is an onsite role in Clark Pampanga with a 9:00 PM–6:00 AM schedule PH Time.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in reviewing invoices and financial data.
• Ability to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Experience with Excel, finance systems, and CRM/ERP platforms.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve invoice queries and payment issues.
• Review invoices against purchase orders for mismatches.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries.
• Maintain records of queries, actions, and resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate team.
• Support month-end activities with outstanding invoice queries.
