Job summary

EviSmart Philippines is seeking a Production Support & Incident Response Lead to own incident response and platform continuity during our night operations. You will be the lead incident responder on shift, investigating first, restoring operations, and coordinating with Engineering when needed.

As the primary night authority for production incidents, you will keep cases moving, minimize disruption for 2,000+ dental labs, and ensure a complete handoff to the daytime team.

Qualifications

• Experience in 24/7 or on-call environments.
• Real production incident troubleshooting experience.
• Familiar with monitoring and observability tools.
• Strong judgment around escalation and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the incident response during night shifts and own the continuity of the platform.
• Continuously monitor health indicators and act on warnings before customer impact.
• Perform first-line investigation using logs, dashboards, and diagnostic tools.
• Determine impact and source before escalating to Eng/DevOps.
• Identify safe workarounds or restoration options when fixes are not immediate.
• Decide when to involve engineers and coordinate cross-team actions.
• Coordinate incident communications with stakeholders until resolution.
• Document incidents, root causes, workarounds and follow-up actions.
• Provide a smooth handoff to daytime team with no data dropped overnight.
• Develop a backup engineer for routine night triage.
