Job summary

IPH Limited is seeking an HR System Administrator (Night Shift) to support and optimize our HR technology platforms, notably SAP SuccessFactors and Litmos LMS, across a global workforce. You will work closely with HR, IT, Payroll and external vendors to ensure system reliability, data accuracy and ongoing improvements across the employee lifecycle.

The role involves hands-on configuration, user access management, audits, reporting and dashboards to empower HR stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Litmos LMS or similar HR tech platforms.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is essential.
• Knowledge of data privacy, compliance and security standards.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Onboarding.
• Oversee Litmos LMS: user access, content setup, learning paths and integrations.
• Maintain system configurations, workflows, roles and security permissions.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance through audits and issue resolution.
• Generate HR reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Provide system support during night shifts and assist with upgrades and project work.
