Job summary

Philtech Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis across business units in the Philippines.

You will collaborate with Finance and cross‑functional teams to deliver insights, dashboards, and governance, including period‑end close and management reporting. The role follows a hybrid work arrangement with alignment to Manila time and occasional after-hours coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of progressive FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or finance operations experience.
• Experience with multiple business units and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with financial modeling, variance analysis, performance reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial outlook processes.
• Prepare recurring financial, operational, and KPI reporting packages across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers, and communicate findings.
• Support variance analysis with driver research and commentary for leadership review.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity measures, service levels, and operational metrics to support performance management.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and analytical tools for visibility into financial and operational performance.
• Support period-end reporting and close activities, validate results, and prepare schedules and analyses.
• Prepare presentation materials and action-item tracking for recurring business reviews.
• Assist with business case development, ROI evaluations, and post-implementation reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to research issues and validate reporting accuracy.
• Support data validation, governance, process documentation, and standardization initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through process simplification, automation, and analytics.
