What You’ll Do
As part of the Finance Operations team, you will help ensure that financial and expense information is accurate, complete, timely, and useful for decision-making.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Manage and maintain the company’s expense management platform, including user access, configurations, and related system processes.
- Review and process expense information while ensuring appropriate coding, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
- Generate regular financial, expense, and management reports for internal stakeholders.
- Analyze spending patterns, expense activity, budget utilization, and other financial data.
- Investigate unusual transactions, discrepancies, reporting inconsistencies, and potential policy exceptions.
- Maintain reporting databases and work with large volumes of financial information while ensuring data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, visual reports, and performance trackers using reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Provide Finance and other business teams with data-driven observations and recommendations.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, and other departments to resolve expense-related and reporting concerns.
- Support improvements to existing reporting processes, workflows, and systems.
- Help identify opportunities to automate or streamline repetitive reporting and expense management activities.
- Assist with other finance operations and reporting requirements as needed.
What We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting Technology, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance operations, expense reporting, financial reporting, financial analysis, accounting operations, or a similar function.
- Experience working with an expense management or financial system is preferred.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Navan, SAP Concur, Expensify, Oracle NetSuite, Workday Expense, or similar systems is an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, particularly for data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and creating management reports.
- Exposure to Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies in financial data.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize and interpret large volumes of information.
- Strong communication and coordination skills when working with different teams.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet reporting deadlines with minimal supervision.
Work Arrangement & Schedule
Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift: Night Shift
Training: Onsite for approximately 60–90 days
Post-Training Setup: Hybrid work arrangement
Important Note
Applicants must be willing to report onsite in Alabang during the initial training period and work on a Monday-to-Friday night shift schedule. Hybrid work will be available after successful completion of the required onsite training.
