MicroSourcing in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines seeks a Data Entry/Bill Clerk for onsite work with an EST night shift. The role focuses on high-accuracy processing of accounting and engineering-related documents, timely review of subcontractor invoices, and preparing Excel templates to feed Oracle.

You will file documents, resolve billing issues, and coordinate with US-based Regional Management, Project Managers, and Accounting teams through daily meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle or SAP systems.
• Excel proficiency with data-entry tasks.
• 3+ years of administrative or clerical work.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and maintain accounting- and engineering-related documents with high accuracy.
• Review invoices for proper documentation and approvals for subcontractors.
• Handle high-volume data entry and prepare Excel templates for Oracle integration.
• Process 2-way and 3-way PO invoices and resolve billing issues.
• Keep office documents filed, organized, and audit-ready.
• Collaborate with US-based Regional Management, Project Managers, and Accounting teams daily.
