Job summary

CO Careers is hiring a Client Care Specialist for an onsite role at Clark Pampanga. You will deliver high-quality patient and staff support, manage appointments, verify insurance details, and ensure accurate data entry while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in healthcare/customer service scheduling, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and EHR systems. This position offers a night shift and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare administration, customer service, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or scheduling roles.
Strong written and verbal communication with patients, providers, and internal staff.
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
High attention to detail when handling records, insurance, and appointments.
Familiarity with healthcare terminology and scheduling systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with EHR or medical scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
Help patients schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
Answer questions about appointments, services, insurance, and policies.
Resolve scheduling issues and provider availability concerns.
Communicate changes or updates clearly with patients and internal teams.
Enter and update patient information accurately in the system.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality of records and communications.
