Job summary

Exypnox Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Billing Support Manager to lead our billing operations in Metro Manila. You will develop and coach a team of billing coordinators and own end-to-end billing functions across multiple systems.

This hybrid role requires night shift coverage (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM) with one in-office day per week in BGC. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in billing or finance and deep experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Netsuite, and Concur.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years proven experience managing and developing a team in a billing, finance, or support environment.
Experienced with Zendesk (or similar ticketing platforms).
Experienced with using Salesforce.
Netsuite and Concur experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage up, across, and to reports.
Hybrid role; must be based in Metro Manila and work from within Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

Oversee the billing support team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and day-to-day leadership.
Manage and resolve complex customer billing queries and disputes via Zendesk.
Handle customer calls to resolve escalated billing questions or requests.
Manage internal Zendesk tickets to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
Monitor billing KPIs (SLA adherence, resolution time, backlog trends) and drive process improvements.
Oversee provisioning of software and license keys to customers across portals.
Partner with Sales to resolve billing questions and streamline workflows.
Lead Month End Close activities for the Billing Team.
Identify opportunities to improve billing processes, tools, and team efficiency.
Handle highly confidential information with discretion.
