Cognizant Philippines is seeking a senior team lead to manage and grow a billing-focused team onsite in Taguig. You will coach leaders, monitor KPIs, and handle escalations to balance customer satisfaction with policy compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration across IT, Finance, and Customer Service to improve workflows, accuracy, and overall customer experience while maintaining a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of college course completed.
• 6+ years of people management experience.
• Experience handling Insurance Brokerage accounts is required or a plus.
• Amenable to work onsite and night shift in Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team leaders/supervisors to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Handle escalated customer concerns, providing resolutions that balance customer satisfaction and company policies.
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and results-driven team culture.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve systemic billing issues.
• Collaborate and implement possible identified solutions to enhance workflows, reduce errors, and improve billing accuracy.
• Lead or contribute to projects aimed at optimizing the billing function and improving customer experience.
• Develop and document business requirements for new processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
