Job summary

Avattech-Solutions-Center-Opc in the Philippines seeks an Accounts Payable Associate to support the US-based finance team by processing invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, and maintaining accurate records.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure timely payments, monitor aging, and assist with month-end close. Night-shift aligned with US business hours is required; onsite at Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal English communication; able to work with US-based team.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices in the accounting system with three-way matching where applicable.
• Verify invoice accuracy, supporting documents, pricing, and approvals.
• Maintain vendor records and AP sub-ledgers.
• Prepare payment runs within agreed terms and monitor due dates.
• Coordinate with vendors on inquiries and statements; resolve discrepancies.
• Assist month-end close, accruals, and AP cut-off procedures.
• Reconcile vendor statements and ageings; monitor overdue payables.
• Work cross-functionally with purchasing, receiving, and warehouse teams to validate invoices.
