Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Content Moderation Specialist to review ads and ensure compliance with our policies. You’ll monitor and respond to customers on social platforms using Sprout Social and collaborate with Trust & Safety and Ad Ops.

Hybrid setup with an initial onsite training phase and night shifts. The role requires 2–3 years in content moderation, excellent written English, a reliable internet connection, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in content moderation or ad review.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to make fast, consistent judgments.
• Strong written English and professional communication.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
• Familiarity with digital advertising, app ecosystems, or online safety policies is a plus.
• Experience with Sprout Social or similar social media management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming app ad creative (images, video, and copy) against advertising and content policies.
• Approve, reject, or elevate ads based on clear guidelines — and know when a judgment call needs a second opinion.
• Spot policy violations such as misleading claims, inappropriate content, prohibited categories, or brand safety risks.
• Document review decisions accurately and consistently in our review tools.
• Track review volume and turnaround against daily targets.
• Flag emerging trends or gaps in ad content to help improve our policies over time.
• Collaborate with the Trust & Safety and Ad Operations teams on escalations and policy questions.
• Regularly monitor multiple queues in Sprout Social
• Craft responses tailored to each customer
• Proactively flag trends to the Social Team, such as repeated mentions of an issue with a specific Tile or feature.
• Engage with customers in real time across platforms like Facebook and Twitter/X, inviting them to continue the conversation through Customer Care/Social Support channels.
