Job summary

MicroSourcing in Ortigas accepts a Social Media and Content Specialist to create engaging content across platforms, collaborating with the graphics team to maintain brand voice and posting calendars. Onsite in Pasig with a night shift, you will produce reels, captions, and platform-tailored content while monitoring engagement and trends.

You’ll also manage paid and organic campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and deliver weekly insights to inform strategy and growth for US-market brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Experience with US-based companies or consumer-packaged goods brands is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Canva, basic editing tools, and social-native content editors.

Responsibilities

• Create original social media content (posts, reels, TikToks, stories, short-form videos) using supplied brand/product photography.
• Write captions, select hashtags, and ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Edit and adapt content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts.
• Maintain content calendars across multiple brands and ensure on-time posting.
• Identify trends and translate them into brand-appropriate content.
• Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions daily; engage with followers to grow the community.
