Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems/tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience supporting large-scale account reviews, audit activities, or escheatment-related processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze account-level and transaction-level financial activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and identify discrepancies, variances, and irregularities.
• Investigate transaction trails and document findings accurately.
• Determine accounts requiring escheatment review and follow-up actions.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of financial records and account activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues and discrepancies.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and recommendations based on analysis findings.
• Maintain detailed audit trails and supporting documentation.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance reconciliation and review procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
