Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Specialized Talent Sourcer to identify and attract niche talent for client organizations. You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, build talent communities, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers.

This role requires 3 years in sourcing or recruiting, a high school diploma (bachelors preferred), and a commitment to diversity. Hours are third shift from 8 pm to 5 am Manila time.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Completion of Sourcing Foundation training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and managers to align sourcing with goals.
• Post attractive adverts on niche boards to attract target candidates.
• Use online platforms, social media and networking to find candidates.
• Implement creative candidate attraction strategies to build talent communities.
• Engage candidates through outreach, events and channels.
• Conduct market research on trends, salaries and availability.
• Pre-screen candidates before presenting to hiring teams.
• Share market insights with hiring groups to guide decisions.
• Promote employer branding to attract talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity records in ATS.
• Stay updated on sourcing tools and best practices.
• Foster diversity and inclusion across sourcing efforts.
• Suggest process improvements for sourcing efficiency.
